Over-exertion in lifting objects

The employee was working with the gravel conveyor belt. He tried to lift the belt and injured his right shoulder.

The EE was doing some maintenance work on the conveyor belt #8. He was using a knife to cut the belt, when it slipped and gave him a deep wound on his right leg.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

The employee was going up the stairs to the plant control room when he slipped and injured his right knee. He feels lots of pain and his knee is swollen.

Fall onto or against objects

The employee was giving maintenance to the conveyor; he was standing in the hallway holding the interior part of the handrail of the conveyor. He got dizzy, falling on hallway, hitting his right leg and affecting the muscle of the thigh.

The employee was going down the Clarifier stairs when a bird was going to bite him. While trying to avoid it, he slipped and injured his waist and left leg.

The EE was trying to go up to the plant, when he slipped and twisted his left foot and also causing a laceration on his left side.

The EE was parking the truck on the premises of the company. While he was getting off the truck, he hurt his right ankle on a mountain of dirt. He felt a strong pain.

The employee was placing on a piece on a platform. He slipped over and hit his left knee with the piece. He felt a strong pain.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

The employee was placing rolls of conveyor belts using his body strengh, EE felt a strong pain in his left shoulder.

The EE was unscrewing bolts in order to change the converyor belt. When he loosened the bolt, the wrench hit him in the nose and right eyebrow, cut his skin.
