EE was walking along side of cars in 17-24 spur checking them, when he tripped and fell, striking his face on the end board of car.

When walking from shop to transfer building, employee stepped on uneven ground and felt a pop in his right knee.

Employee was holding rib stake for rib pinner when a rock fell from top striking employee on the left forearm.

Employee was caught up & tripped by the entry cable when center bolter was turned on, causing him to fall.

Employee was pouring in gunnite into the hopper of the gunnite machine when the line purged and blew gunnite into the face of the employee and knocked his glasses and hard hat off. The crew flushed the eyes of the employee out several times and suggested that he go to the doctor.

While pulling shields at 1 BHG, shield shifted striking the duke jack. The duke jack in turn struck the employee in the lower leg.

While attempting to remove the miner cable from a hanger (arms stretched out overhead), employee experienced pain in right shoulder.

EE was carrying a water strainer across 5N Mainline; he stepped on an 8"" waterline and slipped off.

Emloyee was center bolting when a piece of the weiner skin got caught in the rotating drill steel of a center bolter pulling and wrapping the weiner skin around. His hand, injuring his little left finger.

Stepped down off of a rail car, when leg planted knee bent backwards. EE injured knee on 3/25/08, 1st day missed work was 3/31/08.

EE was walking in #2 entry. center bolter picked up the slack on his cable reel, the cable came across the entry and tripped him causing him to roll his right ankle.

Employee was recovering belt drive at 5A S North when he dropped a piece of the steel structure on his foot.

EE was removing a gear box from a crosscut when the chain broke and clevice struck EE in the leg.

Employee was cleaning bottom roller, located above take-up jack, and glove got caught pulling arm into roller and belt.

EE was on right side of miner in process of installing a rib pin. He was removing his right hand from scroll auger (starter), when the pinner surged and broke the auger, pinching EE's right index finger against the tubing.

Employee was looking for hydraulic leak on head area of #25 miner, lid fell on right hand causing laceration.

While helping another mechanic repair smoker, employee cut base of thumb on left hand while preparing cable for splice.

While getting out of scoop in 42 x-cut 7 Left, employee pinched L. index finger between scoop door & frame on battery charger.

While cutting off the end of the belt, the knife slipped and resulted in a small stab wound in his right leg above the knee.

Employee was unloading beams from mule along with other employees. Beam was dropped causing his end to drop down injuring his ring finger (left hand).

Employee was using come-along when mounting bracker fell, smashing finger between support and mount. Required sutures.

While torqueing bolt, coupler broke causing steel to strike employee above right ear causing laceration.

EE was handing his foreman a roof jack through a stopping when the foreman dropped the front end of the jack and caused him to smash his hand between the jack and the stopping. EE needed 5 stitches on his middle finger.

Hanging screen and bolting when a piece of rock fell between screen and struck employee on the nose.

As employee finished using his starter steel, he began dropping the drill unit with the rotation on. He felt the steel bind as the bit cleared the plank; the bottom of the steel was broken which flew out, striking him in the nose.
