Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employee was picking up a case of 6 hams and 2 turkeys. While loading hams and turkeys into the tailgate of the truck, EE strained back.

while moving an air lance arms, strained EE's left shoulder.

Struck by flying object

Employee was climbing into North side of Pantleg to see if the welds were cut on a seal plate, not realizing it was under pressure and got hit by plate piece.

The employee was holding a piece of wood to brace the metal while another employee was hitting in place. The other employee went to swing the sledgehammer getting it caught in the chain fall chains knocking EE off balance causing EE to hit the EE's hand.
