WAS SWEEPING CAB, OPERATOR HOOKED ONTO SOMETHING HARD AND MACHINE LUNGED FORWARD. FELL DOWN STEPS AND LANDED ON LEFT SIDE HITTING HEAD & KNOCKING HIM OUT.
