Employee slipped and fell in mud putting wheel chocks down, felt left knee pop
Tire guy climbed into wheel, slipped and smacked knee on the wheel. Initially diagnosed as a knee contusion but MRI revealed a meniscus tear.
Employee was turning a valve and shoulder popped. Employee treated conservatively with physical therapy for 6 months at full duty/no restrictions but then decided employee wanted to opt for surgery for possible better results.
