Employee was carrying a cone pump down the steps and his right knee ""popped out"".

Struck against stationary object

Employee was cleaning a dust chute that was clogged. He was poking the buildup with a shovel from the top. When the material gave way, the employee's right wrist came down and hit a piece of angle iron on top of the box. Employee has been instructed to use proper tool in the proper manner for the job.

Fall onto or against objects

Employee was standing on the bottom step of a ladder while cutting a piece of angle iron, the ladder moved, causing him to lose his balance and fall against a piece of crossbeam, scraping his side.
