EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING DOWN LADDER FROM THE WATER TRUCK CAB WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED FROM THE BOTTOM RUNG CAUSING HIM TO FALL TO THE GROUND. THE GLASSES HE WAS WEARING CAUSED A SMALL CUT JUST ABOV E HIS LEFT EYE REQUIRING 2 STITCHES TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
