While flushing out radiator on end loader in the Clintwood Spoil area, employee was on counter weight in rear of loader with water hose. Flushing out radiator when they slipped and fell approximately 6' from counter weight of loader to the ground. Landing on their back.

Employee was hooking up light plant to his pick up, he was liptims upon the ongue of light plant to align it with the hitch on his pickup. The light plant rolled forward and caught his middle finger on his left hand between the light plant and the trailer hitch.
