Employee was dismounting a railroad car when he felt something pull in his left leg.

Employee slipped on snowy, icy ground twisted his left knee.

EE was cleaning raw coal crusher using a walk behind BobCat. EE picked up a 5 gal. bucket of mud and strted backing up a steep grade. The BobCat moved forward the EE slipped and fell. his left foot ended up under the BobCat.

Employee was dismounting 735 hauler, missed the last step resulting in a fall to the ground.

Employee fell from his hauler after fueling, hitting the fuel tank and then the ground. (Misc Mail 10-10-07 #13---employee missed 3 days from work, then return to work and now is off work again. the injuries are the same)

Employee was operating a 230 cat hauler and ran out of the road into the ditch.

EE had done pre-shift inspection, was coming down the ladder, he missed a step and fell approx 4-5' to the ground.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employee was lifting brake caliper off of truck when he experienced pain in his lower back. This injury was not reported until 11/21/06.

Employee slipped on ladder while climbing off of refuse hauler. He fell onto the ground.

Employee was using grinder, grinding on a piece of metal. Grinder kicked back and hit him on the left upper leg.

He was using torch to braze on oil pan when hot oil spewed out, burning employee's face, arms and hands.

Employee was crossing to the other side of truck by crawling under truck bed. He raised up to soon hit his head on metal bed, cutting gash in his head.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

WAS LIFTING MACHINERY GUARD WITH COME-ALONGS, WHEN 1 CHAIN CAME LOOSE. EE THEN GOT UNDER THE GUARD AND TRIED TO LIFT THE GUARD WITH HIS BACK, INJURING HIS LOWER BACK.

Employee slipped on wet floor, while dismounting coal refuse vibrator. He tried to catch himself and strained his left wrist.

Employee was attempting to use torch on a piece of metal when a small fragment flew up into his eye.

EE was loading a gas-powered water pump into bucket of track loader. ee feet slipped causing fall into corner of loader bucket.

Strained back while bending over and lifting flume screen. Pain was mostly in left side.

WHILE STANDING ON HOOD OF HAULER PREPARING TO CHECK OIL, HE SLIPPED ON SNOW AND ICE AND FELL TO THE GROUND.

EMPLOYEE, WITH GLOVES ON, ATTEMPTED TO PULL DISCHARDED BELT DOWN FIRST FLIGHT OF STAIRS. HAND SLIPPED FROM BELT AND HE FELL ON STEPS AND STRAINED RIGHT KNEE.
