Employee was opening a skid of plaster. He was using a knife, when he missed the plastic wrap over the plaster, and ran the knife into his lower right from of leg, resulting in stitches.
Knife laceration to bottom of left index finger, required sutures. Was cutting wire. Had safety gloves on. Returned to work at 2:00pm same day
Breaking granite with shims and wedges, when a piece of wedge broke off, and embedded in left forearm. Had to go to Urgent Care clinic to remove object, and get stitches. Could not lift 20 lbs for 5 working days. Had sutures removed after 7 days, and is now not limited.
Employee was swinging a sledge hammer to hit a wedge, missed the wedge, and hit his left pointer finger, resulting in a fractured finger.
He was putting a wedge in hammar using a 2lb hammer, hit his left fore thumb area causing laceration.

Hit pulling dog with hammer to set dog in place, to put granite block from floor. Small piece of metal struck in nose and would not come out. Piece of metal was approx. 1/8" long.
EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING WEDGE W/HAMMER & STEPPED INTO SWING, STEPPING TOO CLOSE & HIT HIS ELBOW ON THE WEDGE NEXT TO THE ONE HE WAS HITTING.
Employee was filing a part on a metal lathe when the file slipped and he cut the palm of his left hand.

AS EE WAS BREAKING A PIECE OF DIMENSION STONE A HIDDEN SEAM OPENED AND A PIECE OF STONE FELL ANDHIT HIS FOOT.
DRIVING WEDGE WITH SLEDGEHAMMER WHEN WEDGE SLIPPED, CAUSING HAMMER TO SLIDE OFF WEDGE, CATCHING FINGER BETWEEN HAMMER AND WEDGE.
EMPLOYEE FRACTURED LEFT TOE USING A JACKHAMMER.
AS EMPLOYEE WAS BREAKING A PIECE OF STONE WITH PLUG WEDGES THE STONE OPENED UP AND FELL AGAINST EMPLOYEES SHIN CAUSING SCRAPES ALONG HIS RIGHT SHIN.
HE WAS USING A LSEDGEHAMMER TO DRIVE WEDGES & MISSED THE WEDGE CAUSING HIS HAND TO COME IN CONTACT WITH GRANITE.
EMPLOYEE WAS PRYING ON 992 TIRE (LOADER) WHEN HE FELT HIS KNEE "POP".
