miner was attempting to break a stuck boulder on a jaw crusher feed chute using a pry bar. While striking downward EE's RT thumb was crushed between the bar and toe plate of the platform EE was kneeling on.

Employee was attempting to dislodge rock from crusher when he pinched finger with pry-bar. Broke middle finger of left hand above 1st knuckle. Tip of finger was removed by doctor at emergency room.
Reported to employer on 9/15/06. Employee was not aware this was work related until he went to see the Doctor. Doctor felt this was caused from lifting heavy tools & equipment day after day.

EMPLOYEE WAS SHOVELING UNDERNEATH A CONVEYER, WHEN HE STOOD UP AND TURNED HE FELT SEVERE PAIN.
