INJURED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE WORKING ON THE BEARING IN THE JOB TRAILER. OTHER EMPLOYEE WAS HAMMERING ON THE BEARING, WHILE INJURED WAS HOLDING IT. A PIECE OF METAL FLEW INTO HIS EYE.
