The employee struck their finger on a piece of steel while shoveling.

Employee was tightening a bolt on a tail pulley and once EE was done, EE noticed mild pain in right shoulder. Incident was not reported to EE's supervisor until the following week. Diagnosed with right shoulder strain and given restrictions.

Employee was was working on a final drive (mobile equipment). Employee struck the housing to loosen it. A shard of metal broke off striking employee's right shin.

Employee was tightening a bolt on Crusher 2 (CR2) with a torque wrench and torque multiplier. After tightening bolt, the torque multiplier came loose and dropped. Employee reacted by attempting to catch the multiplier. The multiplier jammed employee's left hand.

Employee (mechanic) was changing cutting edge on 982M loader. Edge was on the forks of telehandler and employee was prying up edge with a bar to get the right side up. When the edge started to go over employee reached out to grab the edge to keep it from falling and felt a pull in EE's back. Reported immediately, but did not seek treatment until next day 3/21/23.

Employee was swinging a sledge hammer and struck a sharp edge on the catwalk.

Employee was pulling a piece of steel out with a come along to divert a material when the steel plate tilted and caught employee's left hand between steel and angle iron. Employee fractured left metacarpal shaft in hand.

Employee was cutting a piece of rib rubber for the MGL screen when ee inadvertently lacerated left forearm about 3 inches above wrist with utility knife. Employee received 6 internal stitches and 3 external stitches. Released back to full duty with no restrictions on same day as injury.

Employee was using a pry bar to unjam a rock from the lump kicker. The pry bar kicked back and struck him in the right side of his face causing a facial fracture.

Employee was using a sledge hammer to bend a 1/2 piece of steel. While swinging the hammer he crushed his left little finger between the wooden handle and the sand screw. Injury was an open fracture to the left little finger requiring stitches and splinting.

Employee was cutting the rubber cap off end of new electrical wire when utility knife slipped and cut his left arm above the elbow requiring stitches.

Employee was cleaning under counterweight with a shovel, when his knee gave out.

Employee was using a pry bar to dig clay out of the feeder when the pry bar gave way and smashed employees finger. Contusion to left middle finger.

Employee was using a hammer to dislodge rock from the grizzly when he developed discomfort in his left elbow. Diagnosed with an elbow strain.

EMPLOYEE WAS USING A UTILITY RAZOR KNIFE TO CUT A 1/4" CONVEYOR BELT, WHEN KNIFE SLIPPED AND SLICED HIS LEFT HAND REQUIRING STITCHES.
