The employee was cutting a metal plate using a grinder equipped with a metal cutting wheel. A piece of debris went under EE's face shield & safety glasses & landed in EE's left eye.

Employee had just finished cutting a bent handrail with cutting torches. EE hit EE's left forearm on the handrail and received a laceration. The laceration required three sutures.

He was taken to hospital to be checked for possible internal injuries, which were not apparent at the time of the injury. He will be out of work until Oct 20 to be sure any trama to kidney or liver is healed.

The man was welding when the steel he was welding fell on the top of his right foot causing a severe bruise. He will be on light duty until the pain and swelling subside.

EE WAS OPERAITNG BC CAT EXECAVATOR WHEN HE FELT PAIN IN LOWER BACK WENT TO DR. AT NOON TIME.
