The original date of the injury was 3/9/09 when the employee injured groin while pulling a cable. The employee was not placed on restricted duty or incur any lost time as a result of this injury until 11/4/09 when he had surgery.
The worker was injured when a flop gate closed and slid down his right leg. He went to the doctor on 02/23/09 and returned to work with restrictions.

The injured man working out of the Cowansville shop was removing a worn wear plate M.T.G. bolt and lacerated his left palm, requiring 6 stitches. There was no lost time or restricted work duty associated with this accident.
EE was replacing slury line when he slipped in the mud and twissted his left knee causing a strain. He came back to work with restrictions.

Removing a lock from an adjustor with an impact wrench. The heat created pressure, which pushed the impact wrench into the mans chest. He was taken to hospital to be checked for possible internal injuries, which were not apparent at the time of the injury. He will be out of work until Oct 20 to be sure any trama to kidney or liver is healed.

The injured man had a steel splinter in his left eye (no witnesses) late on shift. Went to doctor on Sat & had splinter removed. Said he did not know it happened until next day.
The injured was sledging a steel pin. A steel splinter hit and cut is right arm causing a small wound. The Emergency room Dr. gave antibiotics to treat for infection. No lost time or other treatment needed.

THE MECHANIC DID NOT MOVE HIS LEFT HAND FROM THE AREA, HE WAS LOWERING A HOOD FOR INSTALLATION. HE BROKE HIS LITTLE FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND.
The injured man was cutting a plate when a hot chip fell into his glove and caused a second degree burn to his left wrist. No work missed but he will be on light duty until the wrist heals.
THE MAN WAS INSTALLING A MASTER LINK PIN WHEN IT SLIVERED & CUT HIS UPPER LIP REQUIRING STITCHES.
The men received a hairline fracture to left arm when a tension bolt suddenly broke one when he was removing it. will be off work 1 week due to holidays and weekend should return following wednesday.
A SMALL METAL SLIVER FROM HAND CHISEL EMBEDDED IN RIGHT THIGH. THE SLIVER WILL BE LEFT IN THE THIGH UNLESS COMPLICATIONS ARISE IN THE FUTURE. EE WAS GIVEN AN ANTIBIOTIC & IS BACK TO WORK WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.
THE INJURED MAN WAS UNLATCHING A CRANE HOOK USING HIS RT. HAND TO HAMMER THE LATCH. HE WENT TO THE DR. ON FEB. 16TH & WAS TREATED FOR A FRACTURE OF HIS LITTLE FINGER ON HIS RT. HAND. CAST WAS APPLIED & HE WAS PUT ON RESTRICTED DUTY.

The injured man was helping lift a heavy shaft pin. He strained his back and on 10-25-04 was given a prescription for pain relief (Vicodin #40). There was no lost time and he returned to his regular job as oiler on the dredge.
The injured man received one stitch in finger when a sliver of steel was removed.

THE INJURED MAN WAS REMOVING A NUT. WHEN THE SPINNING NUT CAME FREE FROM THE BOLT IT CONTACTED HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER CAUSING A CUT WHICH REQUIRED A STITCH.

WHEN EE WAS STARTING HIS SHIFT HE TRIPPED AND FELL. THERE WERE NO SYMPTOMS AND HE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL NOV 6 WHEN HE STARTED TO TREAT WITH HIS DOCTOR FOR HEART PROBLEMS. HE WAS THEN OFF WOR K ON NOV 13 IT WAS DECIDED THAT HIS HEART WAS OOK AND THAT HIS PROBLEMS WERE DUE TO THE FALL.

THE INJURED MAN DROPPED A STEEL PLATE ON HIS LEFT FOOT CAUSING A BRUISE AND SWELLING. HE MISSED THE NEXT SHIFT, WAS OFF FOR THE WEEKEND AND RETURNED AT HIS REGULAR JOB.
THE MAN FELL IN A HOLE ON THE RIVER BANK CAUSING BRUISES, LACERATIONS AND A TWISTED LEFT KNEE AND SHIN ON AUG 23,01 HE NOTICED SOME INFECTION AND WAS TREATED FOR THE INFECTION THERE WAS NO LOS T TIME, OR WERE THERE ANY RESTRICTION TO WORK.
