According to the EE, EE "just turned and knee gave out". EE stated that this was a "preexisting injury that EE thought was healed". EE finished EE's shift and did not seek medical attention until 3/12/2026. EE was later caught walking through the location while on EE's cell phone and EE was walking without issue.

EE pinched EE's right, index finger between the bar and wall while clearing a rock jam.

EE slipped and fell while greasing EE's truck and injured EE's right ankle.
