Rock rolled off hard hat & struck face below nose. Injury consists of split upper & lower lips (6 stitches), cracked mandible below nose and 3 cracked teeth. No concussion or loss of consiousness.

EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING TWO NEW ELECTRIC MOTOR STARTERS IN EXISTING PANEL BOX. TURNED BREAKER OFF TO WHAT HE THOUGHT WAS THE CIRCUIT HE WAS WORKING ON. IT WAS NOT THE RIGHT BREAKER. CAME IN C ONTACT WITH HOT WIRES CAUSING A FLASH.
