THE CRUSHER OPERATOR NOTICED THE MATERIAL WAS NOT MOVING AND WENT TO THE DISCHARGE END TO FIND OUT WHY. THE CRUSHER OPERATOR DISCOVERD THE VICTIM S ARM WAS CAUGHT IN THE RETURN IDLER OF THE PORTABLE CRUSHING UNIT. IT IS UNKNOWN WHY THE VICTIM WAS AT THE CRUSHING UNIT.
