Driver climbed up the ladder of the truck to do a pre trip inspection, he bent over to check the oil & water and fell off the truck. He landed on his left side resulting in a hair line crack of his hip, scraped left elbow and hand. Contributing factors: It rained last night so there was moisture on the truck and on his boots from walking to the truck.

EE had been running a rubber tired loader #4382 and hurt his back while operating the loader. Don't know when injury occurred EE's last day at work was 10/14 then he was rained out/lack of work. Injury wasn't reported until 10/17 to Foreman.
Employee exited her truck (5997) and went to shut the oiler off at the top of the Gencor (#6303) and slipped and twisted her knee. Knee strain w/small tear.
