Slipped on grease in hose housing compartment of 390 excavator while changing hydraulic hose
Employee was changing a screen on a screen deck, the screen slipped and caught his left hand between the screen and a column. Laceration of fingers of left hand requiring stitches.
The employee cutting a rubber hose to install a new pump, the knife slipped from the hose and cut the employees left hand. The employee received a 4 CM laceration to the left hand requiring stiches.
Employee was un-banding precut structural steel. When the bands were cut, the steel shifted and a piece landed on the top of the employees foot. Frature of third metatarsel bone of right foot.
