Employee was changing a screen on a screen deck, the screen slipped and caught his left hand between the screen and a column. Laceration of fingers of left hand requiring stitches.
The employee cutting a rubber hose to install a new pump, the knife slipped from the hose and cut the employees left hand. The employee received a 4 CM laceration to the left hand requiring stiches.

EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING IN SERVICE TRUCK TO REMOVE BATTERY WHEN TRYING TO LIFT ABTTERY OUT OF CASING SO HE AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE COULD REMOVE IT THE HANDLE ON THE BATTERY BROKE,CAUSING EMPLOYEE T O LOSE HIS BALANCE AND FELL FROM THE TRUCK ONTO THE CONCRETE.
