Employee was replacing drive belt on conveyor when he caught his left ring finger between belt and sheave.
Employee was egressing the track hoe he operates when he missed the step. Employee states when his foot hit the ground he felt a pop and pain in his lower back. Employee finished working his shift and went home, overnight he continued to have pain so he went to doctor's office on the morning of 2-14-2013. He was given a Rx. and a "No work" till 2-22-2103.
