EE WAS WORKING ON A USED PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. HE HAD A HOOD OPEN AND A HIGH WIND COME UP AND MADE THE HOOD FALL AND HIT EE IN THE HEAD, WHICH GAVE HIM A CONCUSSION.
