Employee was using a safety knife to strip the plastic off the end of a wire and cut right leg just above the knee.

Employee was applying two part epoxy and fiberglass to block. He was wearing all required PPE. Days later reported having skin reaction to the epoxy. Was sent to doctor and returned to work same day and has not missed any days.
Employee was cutting a zip tie off of a rail using a box cutter. His left hand was holding the rail and right hand using the box cutter. His left hand slipped as he was cutting and was cut across left index finger.
