Climbing down off of EX1100 Excavator, feet slipped out from under person, held body with both arms on ladder handrails. Pulled arms, shoulders & chest. Hanging 8-10" above ground, eased body off onto ground.

MEMBER WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CLEANING HIS FRONT WINDOWS ON A 988F COAL LOADER WHEN HE SLIPPED & FELL.
