Climbing down off of EX1100 Excavator, feet slipped out from under person, held body with both arms on ladder handrails. Pulled arms, shoulders & chest. Hanging 8-10" above ground, eased body off onto ground.

HE WAS STANDING ON ROLLER FRAME OF DOZER WHEN HE LOST HIS FOOTING & FELL. HE HIT THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS HEAD AROUND EYE SOCKET & CHEEKBONE LEAVING A CUT ABOUT 1 1/2" FROM LEFT CORNER OF EYE, DOW N CHEEKBONE.
EE WAS MOUNTING 785 ROCK TRUCK AT START OF SECOND SHIFT, WHEN THE SECOND STEP BROKE CAUSING HIM TO FALL ON THE GROUND. EE RECEIVED A MINOR ABRASION TO THE INSIDE OF HIS RIGHT ANKLE AREA.
