THE MEN WERE OPENING THE MILL DOORS TO BRING IN MARBLE WHEN A MICRO BURST OF WIND PUSHED ONE DOOR INTO THE INJURED EMPLOYEE.THE DOOR CAUGHT HIS HAND NEXT TO THE FRAME AND CUT HIS CHEEK. NO STI TCHES WERE REQUIRED. THE HAND WAS X-RAYED AND ITWAS NOT BROKEN,ONLY BADLY BRUISED.

EMPLOYEE CLIMBED ON POLISHING TABLE TO SHEER OPERATOR WHERE TO GREASE MACHINE. THE TABLE WAS SLICK FROM POLISHING COMPOUND CAUSING OWNER TO SLIP AND FALL.
EMPLOYEE HAS A HERNIA IN THE RIGHT GROIN. HE REPORTED IT ON 19 APR. 94, AND SAID THAT IT HAPPENED TWO MONTHS PRIOR. HE HAD NOT REPORTED THE INJURY PREVIOUSLY. HE DID NOT STATE WHERE IT OCCU RRED. I DO NOT THINK THIS INJURY IS WORK REPLATED. I AM SENDING THIS REPORT INTO COVER MYSELF.
BELT BROKE ON BLACK & DECKER SANDER AND CUT EE'S FINGER. EE TREATED FINGER WITH ANTISEPTIC AT QUARRY. CUT LATER GOT INFECTED AND EE HAD TO GO TO THE DR. TO HAVE THE CUT LANCED.
