While picking up at the end of a shift (06/10/2026) the employee felt a scratching in EE's left eye. EE didn't think much of it and went home without reporting it to management. On the morning of 06/11/2026 at 07:00 am it was reported that EE had a foreign object in EE's left eye. TQC safety took EE straight way to App. Eye Center for treatment.
