EMPLOYEE DID NOT WORK ON 2-8-93, ON 2-9-93 EMPLOYEE TELEPHOEND THE OFFICE AND STATED SHE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF PAIN. SHE DID NOT KNOW OW OR WHEN THE PAIN ACTUALLY STARTED. NO EXCES SIVE WEIGHT WAS ATTEMPTED NOR ANYTHING OUT OF THE NORM TO HER. EMPLOEE DID NOT REPORT ANY PAIN OR PROBLEM TO FOREMAN AS IS REQUIRED.
