Employee was adjusting chain on drag line and cut the tip of his left index finger.
Employee was cutting cable on a drag line. When the cable was cut, it began spinning and caught one of the fingers of his glove. Finger was severely dislocated and cut.
Employee was lifting barrel into a truck, felt burning pain in abdomen/hernia.
Employee was getting off a track hoe he was running, and stepped upon uneven ground. He rolled his right ankle, fell onto right knee, and fell on right shoulder.
