The employee was switching pieces of equipment and was walking back to the shop when EE stepped on a piece of rubber belting that was covered in snow and rain. When EE stepped on it, it caused EE to slip and fall.

As EE was falling, EE tossed the cutting torch causing a few burns on the employees neck and back. When the employee fell, EE injured left foot/ankle.
