THE VICTIM WAS CONDUCTING AN EXAMINATION OF THE WORKING SECTION WHEN THE METHANE WHICH HAD ACCUMULATED BECAUSE OF AN INTERRUPTION IN THE VENTILATION, WAS IGNITED B Y A CAUSE YET TO BE DETERMINED.
