THE DOZER SLID SIDEWAYS FOR 50 FT, HITTING A HUM P IN THE CAP ROCK AND ROLLED. THE OPERATOR WAS CRUSHED. THE DOZER WAS MANUFACTURED IN DEC. OF 1968, RECEIVED BY CATERPILLAR DEALER 1/10/69, AND PURCHASED BY SUMMIT, INC. ON 3/13/69. VICTIM WAS
