Employee was pulling a pump hose when they tripped and fell on their left shoulder. They finished their shift, later sought medical care, and was diagnosed with a torn left rotator cuff. They continued working until surgery on 7-14-2026.

An employee was dismounting a Cat D7 dozer. Their foot slipped, causing them to strike their left leg on the track and push arm, resulting in a tear of the ACL and MCL.

Haul truck was waiting to be loaded when a hyd hose blew causing fire. Miner jumped from ladder while exiting haul truck causing injury to left leg and right wrist.

Employee was assisting contractor replace windshield in 1900 shovel. IE stepped to grab a tool and strained their left knee. IE continued to work thinking the pain would go away, Pain increased IE went to ER after work.

Employee was performing repairs to 988B Loader. According to the employee, at just before 12:00 pm, employee was attempting to reposition the fan on the engine. When the employee stepped back, there was no surface area and the employee fell approximately 5 feet to the ground.
