Employee was pulling/hanging an electrical cable when he came in contact with the two copper wires. There was a piece of the outer jacket that was worn out which the employee did not notice.
EE TOUCHED A DROP CROD LIGHT AND RECIEVED AND ELECTRICAL SHOCK. THE LIGHT WAS A 110 VOLT APPLIANCE. EE WAS WET AT THE TIME.
WHILE TURNING THE POWER BOX ON TWO WIRES SHORTED OUT CAUSING COVER TO FLY OFF & STRIKE EMPLOYEE (IN) FACE.
BATTERY IN WELDING MACHINE SHORTED OUT AND BLEW UP.
EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING TAPE OF AN ELETRIC WIRE THAT WAS THOUGHT TO HAVE NO CURRENT. EMPLOYEE HAD HIS HAND ON METAL RAIL WHILE OTHER HAND HIT OR TOUCHED HOT WIRE, SUFFERING A SHOCK.
EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO START THE PLANT WATER PUMP WHEN HE RECEIVED AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK THROUGH THE MAGNETIC STARTER. HOSPITALIZED ONE NIGHT FOR OBSERVATION. EMPLOYEE WAS TRAINED AND ALL PROTECT IVE DEVICES WERE ON EQUIPMENT. FAULTY STARTER DUE TO LIGHTNING DAMAGE.
