CAME IN CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED CIRCUIT (4160 V) WHILE WORKING ON CABLE IN JUNCTION BOX OF #29 SHOVEL - FAILED TO PULL FUSES ON POLE, TOUCHED BOX LIK AND INSULATOR WITH WRENCH.
EMPLOYEE DISENGAGED THE DISCONNECT BOX TO PRIMARY CRUSHER AND THE CONTACTS ARCHED ACROSS AND BURNED HIS HAND.
