Employee had both hands in contact with a 20x10x8 metal container box that was being lowered onto the ground from a flat bed truck by the track-hoe. During the transfer, electricity discharged from the overhead power lines and contacted the track-hoe bucket. the employee received burns to both palms and the outside of his right foot.

EMPLOYEE WAS SHOCKED WHILE REMOVING A SPROCKET FROM TOP OF MILL BUILDING. A CABLE ATTACHED TO THE SPROCKET CAME IN CONTACT WITH POWER FEEDS WHILE BEING PULLED BY A FORKLIFT.
