EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING FUSES IN TROLLEY PHONE AT #4 HEAD DRIVE OF 1ST LEFT TURKEY #1 SECTION, I.D. # 003-0 ONE OF THE FUSES BLEW UP, BURNING WEMPLOYEE\S LEFT HAND AND ARM.
