Ee reported being struck by a rock that fell from between bolts on 3-6-04. He claims to have been struck on top of his head by rock. However he did not lose any work. He contacted mine mgmt on 6-15-04 alleging that he needed an MRI & was having problems due to previous injury. We feel that this alleged injury & lost time are result of altercation w/police 6-12-04 & not reportable.
