IE was drilling a hole to install a roof bolt. When the IE was adding the "pusher" steel a piece of loose rock fell striking EE's left ring and middle fingers causing a laceration. IE was brought out and took to be checked out where IE received stitches. IE returned on EE's next scheduled shift.

IE was roof bolting when a small piece of draw rock hit them in the leg. As they bent over to check the leg another piece hit the back of their hard hat. IE was seen by a doctor with nothing found and was told to watch for concussion symptons.
