WHILE CHANGING BITS ON MINER EMPLOYEE WAS BENT OVER TO PIECE A WEB MEASURING 1"-3" THICK, 16" WIDE 24" LONG FELL OUT AND HIT HIM ON BACK. (ROCK FELL OUT BETWEEN ROOF BOLTS.)
