On 4/9/12, EE was hanging curtain when rock fell. The rock struck EE on arm causing a laceration. Laceration required four stitches to close wound.

WHILE ROOF BOLTING 4 RIGHT CROSSUT PNCH THRU EE CO WORKER HEARD THE RIB MAKE A NOISE. HE THEN CHECKED THE RIB AND IT SEEMED SOLID. AS THEY RETURNED TO ROOF BOLTING THE RIB FELLS TRIKING INJURE D ON BACK AND PUSHING HIM ONTO THE ROOF BOLTER.
