EE was raising the sand belt up on the Descander and the hydraulic cylinder on the plant wasn't strong enough so they had to help it go up and when it was lifted up they lifted it up too far and the linkage came out and it dropped and hit EE in the head.

Mostrando los 6While removing a hydraulic hose from the 980G Cat Loader employee's hand slipped and hit the metal next to the hose causing it to swell up and be sore.
Employee was helping a change the cutting edges on the 962G Cat loader, he tried to grab the head of the bolt, he didn't know it was sharp and when he took the bottom of the bolt out it cut through his glove and got his hand. The local emergency room give him a few stitches and sent back to work full duty no restrictions immediately following the visit. He has no lost time.
EE was loading liners for the loader bucket on the Belshe Trailer assisted by a co-worker. Co-worker was pushing and EE was pulling and when they finally gave and slid on to the trailer the liner sliced EE's finger open, he was wearing gloves. No stitches were needed the wound was cleaned dressed and he was sent back to normal duty with no lost time.
EE was throwing a piece of metal and a screw in the metal cut his finger which required 3 stitches.
EE WAS HELPING UNLOAD A METER BOX AND HE STRAINED HIS RIGHT LOWER SIDE, CAUSING A HERNIA. (HERNIA SURGICALLY REPAIRED ON 8/23/04.)
