Mostrando los 12Employee lifted a small table that was being used as a weight to hold the cardboard down. When he swung with the table in his hands to his right to set it down, he smashed the back of his right hand and upper ring finger into a metal tray shelf that was attached to the wall.

Employee was lifting 50 # bags from packaging machine from a North position turning and stacking at waist level to a South position or 180 degree turn.
