Was shutting the double doors at cross cut 3 on intake and the air blew the doors shut. Injured employee was trying to hold the door shut so it didn't hit another employee in the head.

Mostrando los 8Installing supplemental roof. Entire crew was rolling an I-Beam along the mine floor on the count of three. Beam rolled on top of right foot.
INDIVIDUAL DID NOT REPORT INJURY UNTIL Feb 18, 2015. 6 to 8 men were lifting 8" X 25' I-Beams to support the roof. Individual was located at the end of the beam and while lifting it above their heads he felt something "pop" down low in stomach/groin.
While lifting/hanging miner cable, felt a pull in lower abdomen.
