While walking from Miner's Epiroc d-65 drill to talk to the operator of another drill, the Miner got dust in right eye which caused Miner to rub eye and dislodged contact. Miner's eye became increasingly irritated and Miner sought medical attention on the second day. Miner was diagnosed with a scratched eye and has been treating for the same.

Mostrando los 8While removing a rock from the rock picking belt, the miner lost grip of the rock causing it to fall and strike their right toe beyond the steel toe protection. A blood blister developed the next day and the Miner sought medical attention and had it drained the following day. Infection developed and the Miner was admitted to the hospital two days after it was drained.
While adjusting the arm of a new pair of safety glasses, the glasses slipped beneath the Miner's thumb while applying down pressure causing the opposing hand to swing up and towards the Miner's face while holding the glasses. The arm of the glasses struck the Miner's left eye causing a tear.
While changing work shirt at the end of the shift, foreign matter that was on the Miner's shirt got into EE's eye which was removed by an eye care specialist the following day. The Miner missed the following day due to discomfort in their eye.
While positioning the D65 Drill breakout table on the hydraulic press, the table slipped between the two support beams of the press. The Miner's gloved left ring finger was caught between the table and the press support causing a fracture and laceration that required 4 stitches.
On 1/11 Miner maneuvered a leaf spring set onto a dolly in the shop. On 1/12 the Miner experienced pain in the groin area and went to the ER following work. An X-ray was taken and EE was diagnosed with a strain. After several weeks the Miner was still experiencing pain and had it reevaluated. On 3/13 it was diagnosed as a hernia and received corrective surgery on 03/23.
While servicing the S190 Portable Screen, the Miner removed the cap of the radiator to check the coolant level. The Miner received burns to hand when the coolant ran into Miner's glove.
While servicing the Terex Vibratory Screen, the miner was positioning self from one side of the screen to the other when the screens eccentrics rolled causing EE to pinch finger.
