EE tried to free a cable that was stuck in the cutter head of the dredge by pushing on it with EE's right foot. The cable sprung free and struck EE in the ankle causing a piece of metal to lodge in EE's ankle. Metal was removed and EE sent for medical treatment.

Employee felt pain in right shoulder after moving pipeline floats. Did not report injury until 11/5/2024. Evaluated by MD on 11/08/2024.

Changing out frame on belt, the frame slipped. Employee went to grab the frame and sustained a laceration to right hand

Employee twisted knee climbing into excavator when foot became entangled in the foot pedals.

Employee was removing a hoist cylinder from an articulated haul truck. When re-positioning the sling, the pin was removed too soon causing the cylinder to shift pinning employee's hand between the cylinder and a tire.

Employee pinched right fourth finger between torque tube and cable guide on the dredge

While assisting with dredge repairs, sheave fell on right foot just beyond the steel toe insert of the boot.

Pulling on pipeline injured right shoulder.

Cleaning bathroom bumped finger on counter and tore nail off right ring finger. Needed tetanus shot.

While working on the center pin on the left side "Z" bar of the Caterpillar front end loader the "Z" bar dropped and amputated the employee's left index finger at the first knuckle. Employee failed to properly secure the "Z" bar prior to working on it.

Shoveling he twisted his back and felt pain.

Fixing broken conveyor belt, he was pulling to roll up the coveyor belt and felt pain in his left shoulder.

Employee was injured while reconnecting water pipe in dredge.

Guard fell over on mason stocker and the corner of it struck his forehead.

Pulling plywood off of belt after putting new clips on, he felt pain in his left shoulder.

Picking up a hydraulic motor, he felt pain in his back.

Getting off loader, he felt a sharp pain in his lower knee and thigh.

Walking on uneven surface dragging a hose.

Fueling his truck, he was stepping down off of truck, he slipped and fell between truck and wall.

He and another employee were picking up a large pipe with a hook on it. The hook slipped off the pipe and hit him in the head requiring three (3) staples.

He dropped a railroad tie to the ground, it flipped up a shovel that him in the forehead requiring 9 sutures.

LIFTING WOOD IN THE SHOP, EE FELT PAIN IN LOWER BACK

LIFTING HEAVY STEEL PLATE TO LINE THE HOPPER WITH ANOTHER EE, WHEN EE LIFTED PLATE FELT PAIN IN LOWER BACK

ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OUT OF THE OFFICE TRAILER. HE SLAMMED THE DOOR NOT REALIZING A FELLOW EMPLOYEE WAS EXITING BEHIND HIM, CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAND TO BE SHUT IN THE DOOR.

EMPTYING A HEAVY GARBAGE CAN, HE LIFTED THE CAN AND HEARD A POP IN HIS STOMACH. (SOUGHT MEDICAL TREATMENT ON 2-28-01).

PUMPING OUT WORK BOAT, LIFTING GRATING THAT WAS WEDGED HE PULLED ON THE GRATING AND SPRAINED HIS LOWER BACK.

UNHOOKING BLOCK FROM CHAIN THERE WAS SLACK IN THE CABLE AND BLOCK FELL AND SMASHED HIS LEFT PINKY FINGER.

OPENING AND CLOSING SLIDING WINDOW NUMEROUS TIMES CAUSED LEFT TRAPEZIUS STRAIN.

EMPLOYEE HAD HIS RIGHT HAND ON TOP OF FRONT GATEHE STARTED TO SLIDE GATE OPEN AND HIS RIGHT PINKY FINGER GOT TRAPPED BETWEEN TOP OF GATE AND GUIDE RAIL.

EE WAS ASSEMBLING AN ENGINE & CAUGHT HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER BETWEEN A HEAVY PART & ENGINE.

EE LACERATED MIDDLE FINGER ON RIGHT HAND WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE PIN OFF OF FRAME FROM LOADER DURING REPAIRS.

WHILE LIFTING W3NCH ON DREDGE EE FELT A PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.

EMPLOYEE WAS CL9ANING OUT PUMPS ON DREDGE HE PICKED UP A BUCKET FULL OF MUCK & FELT PAIN INHIS RT.ELBOW RESULTING IN TENDONITIS
