Bolter operator was trying to remove a rock approx. 2'x3'x3" from the inside of the right-hand boom and the ATRS frame by hand. Operator was lifting and pushing at the same time when the rock broke, causing the operator to lunge forward and strike EE's right forearm against the rock, creating an avulsion Approx. 2.5"x3.5".
Employee stopped to tighten the ratchet straps on a loaded trailer. During the process of tightening they felt a pop in the shoulder. Employee was placed on restrictions for a right shoulder strain.
Employee was helping change a top roller on the M3 beltline when the 2nd and 3rd digit on the left hand got smashed between the side rail and the roller frame. Both fingers have a fracture and the 2nd digit had a laceration that required sutures.
