Employee was helping pull the stacker belt together when he pulled a muscle in his lower back, right side.

Employee was unloading rockdust from the scoop, while unloading the rockdust from the scoop, he stepped backwards into a roofbolt causing him to strain his right shoulder.

Employee was attempting to move a 20 lb charger for the mantrip. He had a sharp pain in the middle area of his back.

Employee was working on a monitor in Cathead on Feeder, he was on his knees and had a cathead in his hands getting ready to hook to the power center when he had severe pain in his lower back.

Employee was moving oxygen and acetylene tanks out of the roadway-felt a Pain in the bottom left side of stomach.

EE was hanging a roof bolter cable, he was on his knees and lifting the cable when he felt a sharp pain in his lower middle back.

EE's were building stoppings, Injured EE lifted a block and his knee went out (strained).

Injured EE and another EE were setting timbers underground, injured EE strained a muscle in his shoulder while lifting timbers.

Water was in the return, needed to set a pump to get the water out. Mine is Non-Producing at this time. EE carried a P40 pump, approx 60 lbs. He carried it approx 100'. He continued to work his regular job without incident. Management was not aware of this incident until 5/13/09. EE said he thought the pain was from old injury and did not report this accident to management.

Another EE and injured EE were working on 482 scoop in the mine yard. Injured EE was kneeling, putting panel on scoop deck. When he got up from his knees, he had a sharp pain in his lower right side of his back.

Employee lifting on conveyor motor on buggy, had a sharp pain on left side of back.

Employee was reaching down to pull a miner cable for the power move.

Letting belt off after splicing belt, when chain hit his right forearm.
