Mostrando los 13EE was assisting with changing the hoist ropes when their left index finger became pinched between the tugger rope and hoist drum. This resulted in a fracture with a laceration to the tip of the left index finger.

INJURY OCCURRED REMOVING PIN FROM EXCAVATOR BOOM. MAN WAS HIT IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF HEAD WITH THE PIN DRIVER WHEN THE PIN CAME COMPLETELY OUT OF BORE HOLE. EMT WAS CALL AND HE WAS TAKEN TO BE CHECKED OUT.
Helping another employee remove a 1/2 sheet of plywood from under a belt. When he picked it up to pull it out he heard a pop and felt a pain in his left lower leg. Pulled a muscle or possible tear to MCL or Achilles rupture.
Removed shive from pump,placed on ground , shive toppeled over striking left foot of employee. Left foot had swelling, brusing and a small contusion. Employee was taken for x-rays. There were no broked bones. Employee was return to lite duty work.
